All the jewellery metals that I provide are from a reputable source and are genuine Sterling Silver, 9ct or 14ct gold, or 14ct gold filled/rolled gold.  You will be provided with aftercare instructions to look after your new jewellery.

If your jewellery should break, I provide a free repair service for the lifetime of the piece of jewellery.  Subject to it not being snapped in more than 2 pieces.  These pieces are custom made and non returnable or refundable.

The following disclaimer applies to any permanent jewellery I supply and weld onto you, the client.  You will be asked to sign a copy of this either digitally (when you make an appointment) or a physical copy (at pop up events)

I, the undersigned am participating voluntarily in the activity of permanent welded jewellery, and I am participating entirely at my own risk. I am aware of the risk associated with this activity (permanent welded jewellery) which may include but are not limited to: Physical or Psychological injury, pain, vision impairment, Emotional loss. 

I assume all related risks both known, and unknown of my participation in this activity. i confirm that I am 18 years of age, or at least 16 years of age. If under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian MUST be present to provide consent. 

I understand that I will be provided with protective eyewear to guard against potential eye damage from the welding process. I understand not to look directly at the ‘spark’ during the welding process. Doing so could severely affect my eyesight. I understand that any sudden movement could cause the welder to scratch or burn my skin. 

I acknowledge that I must sit still and not look directly at my permanent jewellery as it is being welded. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility for maintenance and care of the permanent jewellery after the procedure and that The Bracelet Bar will not be liable for any loss of or damage to such jewellery that may occur.

I am aware that sterling silver, rose gold and even carat gold can react to skin PH types, chemicals and perfume etc, and can be subject to oxidising, that can be caused by exposure to air and chemicals. 9ct white gold will require rhodium plating every so often to keep the colour, which will require the jewellery to be cut off. (rewelding can be done free of charge)

I confirm that I am in good health and proper physical condition, and do not have any medical or other conditions including allergies that would impair my ability to participate in the activity. This waiver of liability form shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any legal disputes arising from this waiver of liability form shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom. By signing you agree to these conditions.
